FSIGN® is a modular, integrated, easy to use software. Developed to manage and control all operations in forest-based companies, from planting to sale of forest products, it is integrated to the company’s ERP, enabling the crossing of accounting information and generating precise cost reports for each operation. The solution is divided into four major groups: Forest, Operational, Commercial and Accountin / Financial.

FORESTRY MODULE

Lands and Forests Register

Control and maintenance of historical record of activities developed in forest management. It includes countless information, from data related to estate registration numbers to forest databases (plots, species and type of handling).

Prognosis

Simulates forest production based on mathematical models. Allows determining the best handling so that forests achieve specific long-term demand.

Forest Inventary – Silvisys III

Quantifies the standing product inventory positions in the forest and provides estimates on growth variables. This information is stored on an yearly basis, allowing historical comparisons and promoting forest development follow-up.

Map Feature
It allows farm and soil use composition maps, in *.shp format, to be linked to the system registration and viewed in a simple and fast manner. The tool offers the option of automatic update in the registration in cases when map data (shapes) related to the farm are more recent than the registered areas.

OPERATIONAL MODULES

Forestry Services Control

Aims at managing services provided in the company through Service Orders (OS) in which the person responsible for the activity (employee or third party), price, execution site and amount executed are identified. It provides contractor payment extracts that can be directly integrated into the ERP system (accounts payable).

Harvesting Services Control

Controls harvesting services provided by employees or third parties. The assignment of activities can come both from the Forest Invoicing module and from other manual control documents. The main information controlled is: person responsible for the activity, price paid for the service, taxes, execution site, and number of services provided. It generates contractor payment extracts that can be directly integrated into the ERP system.

Seedling Production Control

It registers information generated during the seedling production processes, including, among other data, the number of resources/inputs consumed in each operation.

Experiment Control

It helps managing research information in an easy, targeted way. Allows preparing observation strategies, creating blocks, treatments and individuals, all in an organized, safe way. Detailed reports are generated for each of these items.

COMMERCIAL MODULES

Commercial Management

It controls the forest product sales orders. The system is a based for the company invoicing, linking the issuance of electronic invoices to information defined in each order (client, product, price, taxes, legal texts, etc.), limiting the number of information manipulated by the Guards in the moment of issuing the respective invoices.

Forest Invoicing

Executes the issuance of invoices (NF-e) on the wood exit locations (online or remotely) in a way 100% integrated with the Commercial Administration Module. It also works controlling the execution of forest harvesting services based on information included in invoices (product, amount, date, etc.).

FINANCIAL MODULES

Operating Budget

Enables the development and setting annual budgets based on pre-existing information prepared by the Forest-Based Accounts Accounting, Cost Centers and Groups Activities. The tool works with the planning of the activities mentioned by the managers of the various departments of the company. At the end of the process the information can be analyzed using maps and costs, cash flow and other reports (Balanced Scorecard and other).

Forest Costs

The Costs Module was designed to receive the structure of all processes, activities, services and products where the company operates, grouping information and generating reports for decision making. The module works integrated to the corporate ERP, as an auxiliary (quantitative and financial) ledger.

Florestal Exhaustion

Identifies the pattern of formation of forest assets and their partial or total loss through the concept of forest exhaustion. Along with the exhaustion calculation, it is possible to generate reports on the gross investment margin.

MOBILE SOLUTIONS

To meet the mobility needs from our clients, Brisa Consulting offers development of projects in mobile technologies (Pocket PC, Smartphones, Tablets) for the most different activities in the forest segment, enabling to store, process and integrate data collected on field.
